The realization reveals the qualityof the work and – if successful – satisfies the clients in the long run. This is always preceded by the completed planning that has been approved by the property developer. The VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) that we always apply provide a clear legal framework to regulate and monitor tenders, awarding of contracts, building inspection and acceptance. Implementations are cost-secure when they are based on a precise construction plan and tender. We set appointmentswith the executing companies and design the award of the order in a transparent way for the property developers – independent of whether they are given to individual groups or a general contractor. A high-level presence of our site managers in the supervision of the property is an essential component of our services in order to secure all of the guarantee claims.
